Office Assistant

 

To support the growth of the company, LBC is recruiting for the following position, to work from our office in Lisbon and from home.

 

REQUIREMENT

bullet lbcDegree in the administrative area or similar

bullet lbc1-3 years of relevant experience in an office setting,
preferably in an administrative role

bullet lbcExceptional oral and written communication skills
and proficiency in spoken and written English

bullet lbcExcellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize,
and comfortable working independently

bullet lbcStrong attention to detail

bullet lbcProficient computer skills and ability
to operate general office equipment

RESPONSIBILITIES

bullet lbcAssistance to the Board Members

bullet lbcManagement of agendas and contacts

bullet lbcTravel organization and management

bullet lbcFile and correspondence management

bullet lbcEvents organization

bullet lbcProcurement platforms management

bullet lbcSupport to internal and external communication

bullet lbcFace-to-face reception of clients and suppliers

bullet lbcManagement of the office regarding facilities and stationery
