In this context, the entity’s board of directors had LBC's support, with the creation of a development program. The project’s main objective was to strengthen the creativity’s culture in the organization.
Business ideas and pitching
The five days initiative conducted by LBC, which involved the organization’s 40 executives (first divided into groups and then all together), encompassed value creation forums (exercises to generate and evaluate business ideas and pitching) based on the NABC - Need, Approach, Benefit and Competition method, on the Model Canvas and the Elevator Pitch technique.
Concepts with practical application
Participants were challenged to submit ideas with real business applications. The concepts were selected until there were only ten projects, arriving to the final top three (in which the elements of the teams whose ideas didn’t make it to the next step would be welcomed and fully integrated in the groups with the winning ideas). In the end, the 40 executives responded to the business challenges by presenting to the executive committee three business concepts, which have been validated and taken into account for the organization’s future.
