The Embraer innovation team worked with LBC in a project that took the company’s executives and senior management to the Bay Area, in San Francisco, USA, in a series of innovation programs.
Innovation hub
Over the course of 2016 Leadership organized three programs, which included sessions at Stanford and Berkeley universities, as well as with Alberto Savoia, Steve Blank, Paolo Cerruti, Steve Westly, a PARC e a IDEO. Meetings were also set up with Andreessen Horowitz, Amyris, Autodesk, Cisco, Falkonry, Plug and Play, Runway, Salesforce and Zendesk.
The established Air Bridge
The main objective of the programs was to inspire and add to the innovation portfolio rolled out by Embraer. The second objective was to connect senior executives to the Bay Area ecosystem in an effort to build a continuous dialogue with leading edge local companies and start ups.
As a result, more than 20 Embraer executives participated in the tree programs, having reported a high level of satisfaction. The project represented also a permanent presence in the Bay Area.
