The board of directors of a regulatory body in the field of health in Portugal wanted to continue the training work already developed by LBC with the team of leaders with a set of initiatives where the common denominator was the leadership.
Team coaching
Based on the needs transmitted by the entity, LBC developed and programmed a team coaching project for 25 leaders of the institute, made up of moments of training in classroom and group coaching sessions.
The difference
The program “We make the difference in LBC” garnered a “very good” level of satisfaction/final evaluation, with 90% of the participants declaring that the initiative “exceeded expectations”. The leaders that took the training programme reported that it helped to “get to know me better”, allowed “to always have an answer to a problem”, was “a knowledge facilitator”, helped executives to stay “closer and maintain trust in colleagues” as well as having the feeling that “I can, I am able and I deserve”.
