Improve responsiveness
Having into account the incorporation of new equipment (museums), the city hall and EGEAC identified the need to increase the responsiveness and streamline organizational interfaces. LBC was chosen to accompany the EGEAC organizational restructuring, supporting the process of efficiency increasing, promoting the articulation between the different areas, the strengthening of critical skills for business and a greater focus on results.
Integration
Organization scenarios were created with assignments, KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and critical points of success. The final project implemented involved the promotion of the integration and internal relationships among the organizational units; the strengthening of business critical skills (such as leadership, management, communication, etc.); the leverage of results orientation with objective indicators and the accountability of the several organizational levels; and to promote, enhance and develop the employees’ skills.
